Accurate Group, a leading provider of real estate appraisal, title and compliance technology and services, has announced the latest update of its market-leading mobile app for property inspections. The Groundwork app is the first of its kind to combine a crowdsourcing model, localized expertise and automated process workflows to speed up the delivery of more accurate property condition reports.
This application connects Accurate Group’s nationwide network of pre-screened real estate property inspectors and gives them the advantage with an Uber-like model for securing and responding to requests for property condition reports.
Banks, mortgage lenders, loan servicers and credit unions benefit from faster turnaround on property inspection requests including the increased accuracy and insight only an on-the-ground property inspector can deliver.
The interface of the application has been updated and redesigned, allowing inspectors to produce faster and more accurate inspection reports along with faster inbound and outbound communication, directly from the field.
Accurate Group is committed to leveraging the best possible mobile technology to enhance its inspection business and Groundwork inspections, while also providing unparalleled transparency and compliance for the client base.
“Real estate lenders and servicers are always looking for ways to lower the cost per loan without sacrificing quality, accuracy and compliance,” said Scott Waxman, Accurate Group’s chief appraiser and the company’s ValueNet and Groundwork Division president, said in the press release. “Accurate Group is leading the industry in applying the latest technologies-mobile, crowdsourcing, automation-to accelerate and improve appraisal management and title processes. Groundwork will change the game in the real estate industry. We’re raising the bar on property inspection turnaround times.”
