Cushman & Wakefield announced the promotion of Nicole Urquhart-Bradley to the position of president, Valuation & Advisory Americas.
“Nicole is a natural leader who sets the standard for client service and inspires her teams with her vision for the Valuation & Advisory business,” Cushman & Wakefield CEO Joe Stettinius said in the news release. “She is incredibly thoughtful in her approach to clients and is passionate about her business. We are thrilled to elevate her to this critical role and proud to have her leadership in continuing to build our people and our platform.”
Urquhart-Bradley recently held the role of executive managing director, U.S. lead for Valuation & Advisory. She began her commercial real estate career in 1988, when she was hired as an associate appraiser with Appraisal Partners, Inc.
In 2003 she joined Cushman & Wakefield, serving as leader of the Washington, D.C., office until mid-2004, when she was promoted to manager of the Mid-Atlantic Region. In September 2009, her area of responsibility expanded to include the Northeast Region. In September 2010, it expanded again to include the entire United States.
