Trinity Real Estate Solutions, Inc. has promoted Kenneth Friesenhahn to the position of compliance and quality manager.
In recent years, compliance has become a pivotal issue for banks and financial institutions. Because the lack of compliance can leave a company exposed to scrutiny and litigation, Trinity Real Estate Solutions is responding accordingly by hiring a new compliance manager to its team, acting as a trusted advisor and compliance subject matter expert.
“It is Trinity’s goal to provide increased value to the financial institutions we serve and respond to the growing number of customer compliance audits,” Trinity Real Estate Solutions President and CEO Brad Meyer said in the company’s news release. “We are happy to equip ourselves to better serve customers and vendors alike.”
After spending a decade working around the Texas legislature and four years as a licensed attorney, Friesenhahn joined Trinity earlier this year within Trinity’s Field Services division. With this promotion, he will be dedicated to analyzing and reviewing business policy and procedures while proactively offering business counsel and advice to ensure compliance with all ongoing regulations.
