The notion of too many and perceived competing rules, policies and standards for the appraiser to follow, and the clarity of such doctrines, remains a hot topic for discussion. Whether or not there are too many rules may depend on whom one talks to in the industry. In Part II of this feature, Valuation Review reached out to veteran appraisers Robert B.
