Harry Davis & Co. announced that Joseph Joyce, chief financial officer, was recently awarded the prestigious “Rising Star” Award by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA.
The award honors the accomplishments, leadership, community efforts, and milestones that young professionals have demonstrated in the appraisal profession.
“I had the great honor of presenting the Rising Star Award for Machinery and Technical Specialties to Joseph Joyce. This award recognizes appraisal professionals under 40 years of age who have demonstrated leadership in ASA and are making significant and positive impacts in the appraisal profession,” Garrett Schwartz, senior equipment appraiser for Sencer Appraisal Associates and president of ASA, said in a release. “Joseph embodies the spirit of this award as a young leader who is passionate about the profession and ASA.
“His professional engagement and active participation on several ASA international committees are making a difference, and I was thrilled to be able to participate in this recognition of his leadership and service,” Schwartz added. “I look forward to Joseph’s continued success and growth as an appraiser, as a professional, and as a member of ASA.”
, Joyce is an accredited senior appraiser of machinery and technical specialties. His expertise and leadership have transformed Harry Davis & Co.’s appraisal division and enhanced the quality of its appraisal reports.
