LRES announced it has acquired Inside Valuation, a provider of commercial and residential evaluations. InsideValuation has built a reputation for providing highly accurate evaluation reports containing thorough data and analysis, the companies said in a news release. The acquisition became official March 31.
The merging of these companies’ best-of-breed solutions will enhance service levels for mortgage and real estate customers, while LRES’ acquisition of InsideValuation will better the AMC’s product offerings and client base, the companies stated. In addition, InsideValuation customers will have access to LRES’ technology solutions through LRES DirectConnect Integration Hub, which optimizes and accelerates the valuation ordering process.
Headquartered in Reno, Nev., InsideValuation brings to LRES its commercial and residential interagency-compliant evaluations, performed by its network of more than 25,000 field agents. Through this acquisition, InsideValuation’s hybrid and appraisals products now can be produced under LRES’ AMC licenses with jurisdictions in all 50 U.S. states and comply with state regulations.
“InsideValuation looks forward to becoming a part of the LRES family,” InsideValuation CEO Susan Chauncy said in the press release. “We are pleased with the match of our company cultures, which will ensure that our clients continue to receive the high level of service that they have grown to expect.”
“We are excited that InsideValuation is joining our team at LRES as we continue to expand our markets,” LRES CEO Roger Beane said. “We know this acquisition will strengthen our mission at LRES and offer expanded service offerings to various business channels to our valued customers.”
