CoesterVMS, a national appraisal management company, has hired former Iowa appraisal board regulator Toni Bright as its chief compliance officer.
Bright has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate and compliance industries, having been in charge of multiple boards for the state of Iowa as a regulator.

Bright will be responsible for Coester’s compliance department and handle a wide variety of tasks and far-reaching responsibilities for state licensing, regulatory exams, privacy, quality control, fraud, consumer complaints, pending legislation, TILA, RESPA (TRID), Gramm-Leach-Bliley and more.
