Diamond Appraisal Management Executives (DAMECO), an Arizona-based appraisal management company, announced that its new mobile app is streamlining how real estate appraisals are ordered, tracked and delivered.
The DAMECO mobile app was designed to reduce time and cost for mortgage lending professionals, while ensuring integrity throughout the home-appraising process.
“The DAMECO mobile application increases the speed of communication. It saves time, which in turn saves money for mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate agents and consumers,” said Danielle DeGruccio, a certified appraiser and owner of DAMECO.
DeGruccio said industry inefficiencies inspired her to create the application to streamline how her AMC manages orders. Appraisers, lenders and brokers can log in from a desktop computer or mobile device to view or update an appraisal order. All participants receive push notifications when an order status is updated.
Through the app, appraisers also can accept or decline new orders, enter inspection and estimated completion dates, map the subject property’s location, contact the borrower and view order details. Additionally, lenders and brokers can create an order, track their order list, send a message to DAMECO, upload documents and view completed appraisal reports.
“This app is an essential tool for loan originators to be able to check the status of orders at any time,” said Aaron Alvarez, a loan originator with Alliance Finance Resource Team in Phoenix. “This will benefit consumers as well, because it will speed up the process of the sale of their home or the purchase of their new home.”
DAMECO provides appraisal management services in 16 states, and examines each submitted appraisal report to ensure it meets the highest industry standards.
The DAMECO mobile app works with both iOS and Android devices.
