A la mode, the Florida-based developer of desktop, mobile and Web tools for the real estate and mortgage industries, announced Nov. 10 that National Data Collective (NDC), a national provider of property data for real estate professionals, has agreed to integrate its data products with a la mode’s full range of appraisal form-filling systems.
NDC offers a subscription-based data service to appraisers covering more than 130 million properties in all 50 states, with full property profiles, assessor records, deed history and comparables data. Its products are available on desktop and mobile platforms, with an advanced user interface designed around appraiser efficiency. Foreclosure activity also is available, along with flood information, linked deed histories, and more. Customizable packages are available in monthly or annual subscriptions.
A la mode’s TOTAL family of form-filling products is used by more appraisers in the United States than all other competing systems combined. NDC currently is integrated with a la mode’s legacy WinTOTAL system, and with this agreement, a la mode’s newer TOTAL 2013 and next-generation TOTAL “Titan” form-filling platforms also will be available.
“We’re extremely happy to add a national footprint data provider such as NDC to our growing list of TOTAL integration partners,” a la mode founder and Chairman Dave Biggers said. “With NDC integrated into our Comps Dashboard management platform via our API, appraisers will have access to the critical information they need, from plat maps to property characteristics, all the way up to comp-specific Digital Workfile notes from other appraisers who’ve been inside the property in question. With GSE and client scrutiny of comps at unprecedented levels, accurate and timely data is critical, and NDC delivers that admirably.”
“We’re excited to bring NDC data to a la mode’s TOTAL 2013 and upcoming TOTAL Titan generation form-fillers,” NDC Chief Operating Officer Brian Trotier said. “There’s so much that can be done with a la mode’s Comps Dashboard concept, from combatting and preempting client review ‘stips’ to ensuring better E&O risk, but it all depends on quality property data. We deliver that data, and with the Comps Dashboard platform, a la mode delivers the proper context for it. It’s a superb combination for any appraiser.”
NDC and a la mode clients will receive additional details as the companies test and deploy the integration.
