LRES, a national REO and appraisal management company, has announced that Jeanee Chapman will be its new client relations manager, reporting to the director of client relations.
Chapman joins a department which is responsible for client retention, while resolving service or product issues quickly. Chapman also will identify sales opportunities for current and potential clients.
“Jeanee has been an instrumental part of LRES’ continued growth due to the high level of service she provides to our clients while establishing a relationship of trust and respect along the way,” LRES CEO Roger Beane said in a press release. “Our company relies on our talented team and I am confident that her proven expertise will be invaluable in securing the best possible results for our valued customers.”
Chapman first joined LRES’ national sales team in 2014, bringing more than a decade of real estate expertise to the company. In her previous role with LRES, she developed strategies to support the continued growth of the company and brought on 19 new clients during her first nine months on the job.
Prior to joining LRES, Chapman worked as a national sales director for a financial services company developing and executing effective strategies targeting new businesses and bringing back former clients. She also served as a REO and secondary marketing manager for a mortgage investment company, where she managed note sales, lien negotiations and REO marketing strategies liquidating assets with maximizing returns.
