LRES has announced a new vice president of national sales. Diane Valadez, an industry veteran, has been brought in for continued growth within the company. She will be responsible for managing LRES’ sales and business development operations, identifying prospective clients and potential opportunities to generate new business and cultivating client relationships across the United States, the company said.
Prior to LRES, Valadez was senior vice president of sales, client relations and marketing at InsideValuation, a provider of commercial and residential evaluations, which LRES acquired in March 2016.
“Since LRES acquired InsideValuation, we have been fortunate to adopt highly experienced professionals such as Diane to help expand our business,” LRES CEO Roger Beane told Valuation Review. “Her impressive background and expertise in both the commercial and residential markets will further enhance LRES’ sales department, and her relationships with prominent contacts in the industry will broaden our scope of influence.”
Valadez started her role at InsideValuation in 2015 managing sales and client relations departments, developing the company’s business plan and generally directing the sales of valuations to top residential and commercial lenders and servicers.

Prior to that, she served as director of sales at Exact Bid, where she closed several million dollars in revenue, including two of the top 10 and seven of the top 100 commercial banks, while spending more than 16 years in leadership positions at CoreLogic/First American.
