Pro Teck Valuation Services, a national provider of real estate appraisals, analytics and appraisal reviews, has announced that Todd Gerspach has joined the company as its new chief operating officer (COO).
As COO, Gerspach will drive the company’s operational strategy and be responsible for ensuring that Pro Teck has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, technological resources and systems in place to efficiently and effectively grow. Gerspach will lead all of Pro Teck’s operations, information technology, product management and human resource divisions with a focus on exceeding customer needs.

Gerspach joins Pro Teck from Express Scripts, a Fortune 20 company, where he served in a number of senior management roles helping to increase revenue and streamline operations. In this role, he helped manage the post-merger integration of the $29 billion acquisition of Medco, covering 20 locations and 10,000 employees. Prior to that, he was with the Tempel Steel Company, where he was the general manager for Tempel Changzhou and was responsible for integration and management of Chinese operations, as well as market development. Gerspach has extensive experience in operational excellence, return on investment optimization, business development and lean organization methodologies.
