Starkey Mortgage, LLP, a loan origination company based in Texas, announced it would use Black Knight’s Empower loan origination system (LOS) to support Starkey Mortgage’s retail banking operations.
Additionally, Starkey Mortgage will implement SalesEdge, a Web-based solution that integrates both lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities within one complete platform.
”We were looking for a comprehensive LOS that would offer greater scalability to accommodate our growth strategy,” Starkey Mortgage President Jim Clapp said in the release. “With its proven success and continuous updates to support regulatory requirements, we felt the Empower system was the right choice to help us expand our originations operations.”
Using Empower’s task-based workflow orchestration engine to automate various processes, Starkey Mortgage said it expects to increase the productivity of its retail operations and decrease risk by minimizing the number of manual processes.
