U.S. Real Estate Services, Inc. (USRES) announced its latest business and technology alignment. Through its valuation platform, powered by RES.NET, the company has fully integrated with the Mercury Network to support lenders in managing their vendor workflow processes from a cloud-based platform in compliance with banking regulations and appraiser independence requirements.
USRES provides an array of financial support services for valuating and liquidating real estate assets, such as broker price opinions, appraisals, rental surveys, value reconciliations and data driven valuations.
The company’s expanding of integrations to their software application, RES.NET, is part of its continued effort to help lenders conduct efficient, compliant appraisals the partnership enables appraisal order requests from Mercury Network to be delivered directly to USRES’ Valuation Portal through RES.NET. The portal manages the lifecycle of each valuation order, facilitating communication among all parties involved.
