Appraisal software provider a la mode announced that it has integrated DataMaster electronic data transfer solution with TOTAL, in addition to its legacy WinTOTAL formfilling system.
The company said the integrated solution electronically transfers the data the appraiser selects, including MLS and public records information, directly into the comps grid. DataMaster also calculates Fannie Mae’s 1004 Market Conditions report and transfers that information directly into the appraisal form. The solution generates data-applicable comments and creates 16 graphs to clearly communicate market trends and ensures GSE UAD compliance.
“DataMaster’s integration with TOTAL has been much anticipated by appraisers across the country,” DataMaster founder and CEO Rick Lifferth said. “Each year, nearly a million appraisals are completed using DataMaster, and with this integration we’re excited to see that grow.”
According to a la mode, its form-filling products are used by more than half of all appraisers in the country. DataMaster is available in more than 40 MLS markets nationwide.
“Appraisers’ data is under more scrutiny than ever before,” a la mode Chief Operations Officer Sean Shiplet said. “It’s important for them to have tools like DataMaster at their disposal to not only speed up their processes, but have the most comprehensive data. Now that DataMaster is integrated with TOTAL, appraisers can upgrade from our legacy WinTOTAL Aurora software without hesitation.”
DataMaster clients using TOTAL will need to update their DataMaster when prompted at login. Those who want to try DataMaster can call 888-362-9222 or visit www.datamasterusa.com.
