SingleSource Property Solutions, a Pittsburgh-based, leading provider of national mortgage services supporting the U.S. housing industry, is celebrating its 25th anniversary, according to a press release. This marks a quarter century of innovation, resilience and steadfast commitment to excellence.
What began as a start-up has grown to be one of the largest privately held vendor management companies in the country. The company supports hundreds of clients of all sizes nationwide, from large mortgage lenders and servicers to regional credit unions, mortgage companies, investors, and more.
“I have worked with so many great people over the years,” SingleSource Chair Brian Uffelman said in the release. “On various occasions, I’ve said, ‘On so many fronts, we are just getting started,’ and that still holds true. We continue to innovate and identify new opportunities. I look forward to what the next 25 years have in store for us.”
From the beginning, SingleSource recognized its greatest investment was in people, and it shows in the numbers, according to the release. Over 25 percent of its staff has been with the company for over 10 years.
“Our management team is not only innovative and thorough, but genuinely committed to excellence in everything they do,” SingleSource Chief Operating Officer Ed Austin said. “We've created a culture that encourages ideas while also allowing us to challenge each other. This is a testament to our collective efforts, values, and the strong bonds we've formed.”
This lengthy tenure exists with its clients as well. SingleSource has client relationships dating back to 2002.
SingleSource President Andre Lacouture offered his thoughts on the company’s milestone achievement.
“Our industry reputation is a direct result of our record customer retention,” he said. “It sometimes makes winning a new customer easy after they learn of your long history with several noteworthy clients.”
As SingleSource celebrates this milestone, its founders look forward to an even brighter future. The company is actively developing new systems, client interfaces, and AI-assisted processes.
“We are excited to be celebrating such an important milestone in our company history,” CEO Brian Cullen said. “None of this would’ve been possible without the support of our team. To every person who has contributed to our success, to every customer who has placed their trust in us, and to every supporter who has been part of this journey — thank you.”
